Description

The 4 vertices represent the core contained in the Polytechnic Transformation Roadmap and the 4 major components of Technical, Vocational, Education and Training (TVET).

The arch at the top symbolizes the enhancement of skills and student’s marketability level as well as polytechnic’s role in spearheading TVET.

The Dodge font used for POLYTECHNIC shows futuristic concept and symbolizes Department of Polytechnic Education’s (DPE) willingness towards global technology advancement. The Abeatby Kai font used for MALAYSIA shows the elements of modernity. While Cambria Bold font is used to represent the names of existing polytechnics. Serif type of font is more formal and used to demonstrate the seriousness of polytechnics in producing quality and competitive graduates.

The red color symbolizes courage and bravery. While the black color represents the aspect of professionalism.
